Egg Fry
Nothing can be faster than adding a crisp egg fry, sunny side up, and with all the goodness of the first class protein, zinc and other nutrients that eggs contain, to your breakfast. The trick is, however, to have a set or congealed egg white on the periphery with the liquidy and delicious egg yolk in the middle that remains unbroken till you put your spoon to it. Here is then our idiot proof version to achieve this, in quite a jiffy.
Tip: In case you need to fry more than one egg, all sunny side up, you may like to do it one at a time.
Ingredients
Egg-1
Cooking Oil/Butter-1 tablespoon
A sprinkle of salt and pepper
Method:
Take a non stick frying pan and add the cooking oil.Fire up the heat source and let the cooking oil warm up.Meanwhile, gently break the egg in a small bowl carefully ensuring that no portion of the egg shell goes into the bowl.PLEASE ALSO MAKE SURE THAT YOU DON’T BREAK THE YOLK OF THE EGG.Add the egg to the oil and let it sizzle. As soon as the egg white sets, carefully take it out on a plate. Sprinkle a little bit of salt and pepper.Your single fried egg, sunny side up, is ready.
