Ripe Mango–2 (In case fresh mangoes are not available, you can use canned mango pulp. In that case it will be 2 cups of pulp)
Crushed ice–200 ml (Crush the ice before hands in a food processor/or by any other method so that it blends well with the yoghurt).
Sugar to taste
Remove the skin of the mango and also the seed. Chop the mango into small pieces. In a blender, blend the same. Place both the yoghurt and the mangoes in the freezer for about half an hour so that they become really cold. Blend together the cold yoghurt, the mangoes, sugar and the crushed ice. Mix well. In large glasses, pour the blended yoghurt (lassi).
Your delicious mango Lassi is ready.
