Ingredients
Baby Potatoes-500 grams
Butter-25 grams
Fresh herbs like Thyme or Rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Wash the baby potatoes well and cover each in an aluminium foil. Place it in an oven at 280 degrees Celsius. Bake it for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and when it cools a little, then remove the foil and cut the potatoes into half. In a wok, heat up the butter and add the potatoes. Stir well. Add the salt, pepper and the fresh herbs. Turn off the heat immediately. Your roasted baby potatoes are ready.
