Ingredients
Fresh Paneer (cottage cheese)-1/2 kg
Sugar-250 grams
Milk Powder–3 tablespoons
Green Cardamom-3 crushed (OR few drops of Vanilla or any essence/food flavor that you like.)
Method
In a thick bottomed wok, mix together all the ingredients . (N.B. If you are using any essence/food flavor, add this before you put it all in a food processor.) Place it on fire.
Keep stirring till all the water dries up and the consistency becomes thick. Turn it into a food processor and blend well. Pour the mixture into a big plate or serving dish and let it cool down.
Now pick up small portions and make it into any shape with your hands (or using any moulds).
Your SANDESH (Cottage Cheese Sweet) is ready.
