Fruit Pudding

Ingredients

Full cream milk-1 litre
Sugar to taste -(start with 3 tablespoon )
Milk Powder-2 tablespoon
Chopped up Fresh seasonal fruits-1 cup
Raisins–25 grams
Mixed Nuts-50 grams
 

Method

In a heavy bottomed wok, bring the milk to boil. Keep stirring on low heat making sure that it DOES NOT BURN. As it begins to thicken, add the milk powder and the sugar.  Stir well and keep stirring for about 5 minutes.
Switch off the heat source. When the mixture cools a little, add the fresh fruits, raisins and nuts. Let it cool down and then put the pudding in the fridge and have it when it is cold. Your delicious fruit pudding is ready.
