Ingredients
Ripe Mango–2 (In case fresh mangoes are not available, you can use canned mango pulp. In that case it will be 2 cups of pulp)
Milk-500 ml
Vanilla ice cream–3 scoops
Sugar to taste
Method
If you are using fresh mangoes, remove the skin and the seed. Chop the mango into small pieces. In a blender, blend the same (If you are using canned mango pulp, you can naturally skip this step).
Place both the milk and the mangoes in the freezer for about half an hour so that they become really cold.
After that, blend together the cold milk, the mangoes and the sugar, preferably in a blender/mixer.
In large glasses, put a scoop of vanilla ice cream and pour the milk shake over the same. This helps blend the two flavours, vanilla and mango, better.
(Tip: If you do the other way round that is pouring the milk first and then the vanilla ice cream, some milk may spill over.)
Your delicious mango milk shake is ready.
