Here is a scrambled egg recipe which, as the purists desire, is so creamy that you will need a spoon, rather than the usual fork, to relish it. Otherwise scrambled egg is NOT really a favourite of many people for the simple reason that most preparations taste pretty “rubbery”. Just adding a little milk and cheese makes all the difference. I also share some tips and tricks, and do’s and don’ts to successfully create this version of scrambled egg.
Ingredients
  • Egg-1
  • Milk-1 tablespoon
  • Butter-1 teaspoon
  • Grated Cheese-1 tablespoon
  • Salt and Pepper-Just a sprinkle
Instructions
  1. In a non-stick pan, break an egg carefully ensuring that no portion of the egg shell goes into the pan. There is no need to separate the egg yolk from the egg white.
  2. Now put the rest of the ingredients in and mix it all well.
  3. Put the pan on your cook stove and switch on the heat source.
  4. Immediately reduce the heat to medium.
  5. Stir the mixture continuously ensuring that the mixture DOES NOT STICK TO THE PAN OR BURN.
  6. As soon as the mixture cooks (that is when there is no liquid left), switch off the heat source and while stirring continuously, pour the mixture onto a serving plate.
  7. Remember if the mixture becomes too dry, it will no longer taste creamy and if the mixture remains too wet, it will give a raw taste.
  8. Tip: A common pitfall is to add more milk than suggested or to forget to put the milk altogether. In both cases, the scrambled egg will NOT taste as good as we want it to be.

Notes
This recipe is for one egg. In case you need to make more, just multiply all ingredients, in equal proportion.
